Refund & Return Policy for Norways
At Norways, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- You will need the proof of purchase or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, simply contact us at Contactnorways@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions, including a return shipping label and the address to send the item:

Please note that returns will only be accepted after you’ve initiated the process. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive to provide quality products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Customized or personalized items
- Personal care products (beauty items, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification before returning it.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is by initiating a return and, once the return is approved, purchasing the new item separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. The returned item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
